Teleconference Location: Council Member Catancio may be participating remotely from Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Richmond Highway, Room 833, Arlington, Virginia.

One of the City Council Members is attending a conference out of the area. Due to State mandated noticing requirements, the Council Member will not participate in the regular City Council meeting. However, a special City Council meeting is being called so as to allow the Council Member to participate in some of the items that appear on the regular City Council agenda.

The agenda for this Special City Council meeting will include all agenda items on the regular City Council meeting agenda after the three public hearings.

In other words, during the regular City Council meeting the Council will review agenda items A through E and during the special City Council meeting the City Council will review agenda items F-J.

To minimize disruption and confusion, the second meeting (the Special City Council meeting) will start immediately after the first meeting (the regular City Council meeting).

The special meeting agenda has been noticed as required by law.
