The Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) provides recommendations to the City Council for the use of Community Development Block Grant funds and to the Community Development Director on priorities for the use of Housing funds. The CDAC meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 37101 Newark Boulevard, 1st Floor, Newark.
