The City of Newark is seeking informal bids from interested firms for the above referenced project. The improvements are generally described as follows:
- Concrete excavation and disposal.
- Demolition of existing fuel island.
- Removal and disposal of one 12,000-gallon UST containing gasoline.
- Removal and disposal of one 4,000-gallon UST containing diesel.
- UST rinse and inertion.
- Backfill and asphalt placement.

2026 Newark 3 Parks Playground Equipment Replacement & Park Improvement
The City of Newark is seeking bids from interested firms for the above-mentioned project. The improvements generally consist of full playground replacement of play equipment and ground surface with miscellaneous park improvements shown on plans.

- No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project as the playgrounds are complete tear downs. A staging plan will need to be submitted to the City Engineer for approval prior to starting work.
