How do I get my job card?

The City of Newark does not issue physical job cards. Inspection results are sent via email after each inspection to whomever is requested onsite at the time of the inspection.

How can I obtain copies of a property's permit history and/or plans?

For further information regarding a property's permit history and/or plans, please send an email to building.inspection@newarkca.gov including the property address and any specific information you are inquiring about.
